WHAT IS THE VAPE ADVENTUROUSLY™ REWARDS PROGRAM?

The VAPE ADVENTUROUSLY™ rewards program is our NEW customer rewards program that allows our fans to earn points that can be redeemed for  exclusive Vaping Rabbit gifts. Its our way to reward you for swapping out your combustible cigarettes for a delicious alternative.™

WHO CAN JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old or the  legal smoking/ vaping age in your jurisdiction of residence. For their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by creating an account on our website www.thevapingrabbit.com and agreeing to the terms and conditions. You are required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and must verify your date of birth at checkout. 

IS A PURCHASE NECESSARY TO REDEEM MY POINTS?

Yes. You must have an item in your cart in order to redeem your points. For example: I must have a 100ml bottle in my cart at checkout in order to trade in my points for a sticker at checkout. I will not be able to simply add a reward to my cart and checkout without purchasing a bottle of eliquid. 

HOW DO I REDEEM  MY POINTS FOR REWARDS?

You may redeem points upon reaching the minimum required for each reward. You will automatically be able to see which reward you qualify for in your panel.

You will be given a voucher code automatically upon clicking "redeem now". Copy and paste this code at checkout to redeem the reward for $0. You will notice that the reward has a dollar amount in your cart. This will go down to $0 once you enter your voucher code. 

You may redeem your points for eligible rewards by signing into your account. To redeem points for a reward, you must have a valid physical address linked to your account. Rewards may only be redeemed for gifts available on www.thevapingrabbit.com You cannot combine rewards with any other coupon or promotion. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund. Points used to redeem a reward will be deducted from the total points available in your member account.

SIZE OR COLOR OF REWARD?

If you have redeemed your points for an item that requires a specific size or color please leave a note in the cart page by clicking "ADD NOTE" Please specify what size or color you would like for that specific reward. For example,  If you redeemed your points for a T-shirt: Click "add note" and write Medium/ Green. 

We will send you a medium green T-shirt of that specific T-shirt.

If you forget to add a note we will email you and make our best effort to reach you via email before your order ships out. If we are unable to reach you, we will send any size or any color chosen by us. 

WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING THE PROGRAM?

By joining the rewards program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make to those rewards program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive  rewards program-related emails from us and our partners.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE PROGRAM?

HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE THROUGH THE PROGRAM?

The personal information collected from you in connection with the rewards program is subject to our Privacy Policy that can be viewed at the bottom of our online landing page. 

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Vape Adventurously™ rewards is easy. With every bottle purchased you will receive points. These will be automatically updated in your rewards program panel after you have completed your purchase. You can trade in your points for gifts once you have accumulated enough points. Our gifts range from 50 points up to 3000+ points. We ship your gift with your order at checkout. Purchase is necessary to redeem you points for a gift*

WHAT ARE THE POINTS WORTH?

The more points you collect the better the gift. We have small gifts to large or heavy/ bulky gifts. We have made our best effort to place each gift in the fair category and tier. You can check how many points each items needs for redemption here. 

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?

Our rewards include anything from logo stickers, pins, cufflinks Tshirts backpacks, tumblers, hats, and even a professional oak wood baseball bat. All gifts are exclusive custom made Vaping Rabbit products and cannot be purchased with currency. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Earning points is easy. For every bottle purchased you will receive points 

30ml bottle = 50 points

100ml bottle = 100 points

Create An Account = 50 points

WHEN WILL MY POINTS BE AVAILABLE?

Points are available upon completing a purchase. Example: Creating an account points are available instantly in your panel all other points earned are available for your NEXT purchase. 

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?

You can check how many points you've earned by logging into your account in the "VAPE ADVENTUROUSLY REWARDS" section on your dashboard. 

MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?

If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your account, please provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within (7) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a member account. Shoot us an email at yourfriends@thevapingrabbit.com

DO MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes. Your points will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity, a period in which a member earns no points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no points.

CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE REVOKED?

Your membership may be revoked by The Vaping Rabbit, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than twelve (12) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to The Vaping Rabbit or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the program. If, in The Vaping Rabbit's sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS REVOKED?

If your membership is revoked, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the program and its features will automatically terminate, at The Vaping Rabbit's sole discretion.

CAN THE PROGRAM BE MODIFIED OR TERMINATED?

Yes. at The Vaping Rabbit's sole discretion, we may cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the program, the program Terms, or any aspect or feature of the program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF THE PROGRAM IS TERMINATED?

If the program is terminated, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the program and its features will automatically terminate. We will make our best efforts to send you a notice to the email associated with your account with any information and expiry or termination deadlines.  

HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBER ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To update your Member account information, you must log in to your account. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Log In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account, and a temporary password will be emailed to that email address. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.

HOW DO I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service at yourfriends@thevapingrabbit.com Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I TERMINATE / CANCEL  MEMBERSHIP?

If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any points you may have earned and/or any Rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Program. If you wish to return to the Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no points or available Rewards.We will not be able to add your previous points accumulated. 

CAN I MERGE MY POINTS WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT?

No. We are not able to combine or merge account points. 

CAN I JUST PURCHASE THE REWARD/GIFT?

No. The rewards/ gifts we offer through our reward program are only available through the rewards program and cannot be purchased. 

I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DIDN'T EARN POINTS!?

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
